Meet Steve

Steve brings together a lifelong passion for sport and movement with years of professional experience in athlete development. A former high-level Rugby Union player for ACT and dedicated surfer and skater, Steve’s early drive for performance evolved into a career in coaching and physical preparation.

Since entering the industry in 2006 with a Certificate IV in Fitness, Steve has gone on to earn a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast and become an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. His work includes time with elite organisations such as Sunshine Coast Lightning, Falcons Rugby League, and the Grammar Netball Academy, where he specialised in developing athletic performance through structured strength and conditioning programs.

Steve now channels this experience into helping athletes across netball, skateboarding, and beyond reach their full potential. He’s committed to long-term athlete development (LTAD), with a coaching style built on evidence-based methods, clear progress tracking, and a personalised approach for every athlete.
